Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Peacock PLM (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. Pricing is subject to change with notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (e) resell, sublicense, or distribute the Service without authorization; or (f) use the Service to process sensitive personal data beyond what was disclosed.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content, materials, and data you upload to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to use Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. The Service itself, including its software, design, and branding, is and remains our exclusive property.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or emergencies. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for extended inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You may request an export of your data prior to termination.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
